  • 不必振災

    尚記得04年南亞海嘯, 超過15萬人罹難...

    當時多個已發展的大國迅速回應, 那時我在英國. 很快過了數天, 我們看見當地報紙的頭版寫的是美國和英國如何分別籌了一筆巨額作捐款振災.

    15萬, 沒錯是一個大數目 - 至少對已發展的國家來說, 這的確是一個大數目. 可是對第三世界已及發展中的國家來說, 這可是他們每年因飢荒、疾病和戰亂而喪掉的生命.

    海嘯竟成了已發展的大國對外宣揚自己偉大慷慨解囊的工具嗎? 為甚麼這些發展中的國家每年所面對的赤貧彷彿沒有人知曉? 當天災使他們原本泥足深陷的處境更加不濟的時候, 已發展的國家到此時此刻才"動容"的"迅速回應"、"慷慨解囊"是"攞境"還是"贈興"?

    發展中的國家更糟也不需要乞討這些大國的施捨. 其實不必振災. 因為人間的災禍早於海嘯前發生, 早於四川大地震前發生. 救援工作應該早於這一切發生之前便要開始...

  • 新聞

    連續幾星期, 如暴風般搖動著香港人的新聞. 傳媒掀動著一班群眾的情緒惡言指責事件中的主角. 七百萬個香港市民彷彿觀賞富戲劇性和娛性的連續劇.

    我們難道比他和她更優越嗎? 我們每一個的私生活若都完全赤裸地於互聯網上公諸於世, 我們的對應都要比他們好嗎?

    我看到的只有一班每天飢渴期待新的相片被上載的網民; 一班抱著幸災樂禍的心態追看雜誌最新情報的普羅大眾; 一班聞談中把事件搬出來評論, 甚至取笑的人.

    有沒有人看到事件背後所反映的敗壞風氣? 那不知不覺被接納了的淫亂風氣: 除了那90%接受婚前性行為的一眾之外, 還有那一班一如往常於網上搜羅淫照的大眾. 這是一種自私的縱慾主旨, 刻意扁低委身、忠貞和性道德的重要性.

    今天, 我們若要對事件作出指責, 我們每一個都需要面對指責. 因為今天, 香港這個世界級的都會, 背後所製造出的這個敗壞、淫亂的風氣豈是一兩個人造成的? 豈不是我們每一個都有份嗎?

    這件事能夠成為3星期的頭條, 豈不是我們虛偽的責備背後, 帶著心甘情願才能造成嗎?

    約翰福音8:3-11
    文士和法利賽人, 帶著一個行淫時被拿的婦人來, 叫她站在當中. 就對耶穌說: "夫子, 這婦人是正行淫之時被拿的. 摩西在律法上吩咐我們, 把這樣的婦人用石頭打死. 你說該把他怎麼樣呢?" ... 他們還是不住的問他, 耶穌就直起腰來, 對他們說: "你們中間誰是沒有罪的, 誰就可以先拿石頭打她." ...他們聽見這話, 就從老到少一個一個的都出去了. 只剩下耶穌一人, 還有那婦人仍然站在當中. 耶穌就直起腰來, 對她說: "婦人, 那些人在哪裡呢? 沒有人定你的罪麼?" 她說: "主阿, 沒有." 耶穌說: "我也不定你的罪. 去罷. 從此不要再犯罪了."

    祂來了, 就要叫人為罪、為義、為審判, 自己責備自己.

  • How great is our God!

    雖然這已經是我第四次對著這240個學生說話, 可是作呼召卻是第一次

    還記第一次被邀請的時候還有一點戰兢, 因為覺得自己做不到. 但深知主給我那清晰的異象:
    將復興的火帶回校園, 收復香港60%原本屬於基督的學校

    何況年服侍年青人是我一直以來的抱負!

    到了第四次, 那從前的恐懼再一次回來... 當我再一次在神面前禱告, 我發現了自己的問題:

    我所懼怕的竟然是這240個學生的反應! 怕一個人站在台上, 台下卻沒有一個人在聽...
    我竟然將注意力全然放在自己身上! 這240個學生所需要的難道是一堂精彩、富娛樂性的道嗎? 他們要看見的難道是一位魅力四射, 惹人羨慕的講員嗎? 不, 他們只需要看見神的榮耀!

    當天我在主面前狠狠的作了一個破碎的禱告: 主呀, 他們完全不需要把注意力放在我身上, 就算他們對我完全不理不睬都沒有關係, 只要主祢與我同往, 彰顯祢自己的榮耀便足夠!

    當天她跟我分享了列王記下6章, 所講的是先知以利沙被大軍圍困, 隨從他的少年人那時非常惶恐, 以利沙卻對他說: "不要怕, 與我們同在的比與他們同在的更多!" 然後他為少年人禱告, 他的眼便開了, 看見神的火車火馬. 其實很多時當我們奉主的名出去的時候, 神的軍隊也與我們同在, 並在天上同時展開一場激烈的爭戰, 只是我們的肉眼看不見而已.

    這是一個何等震撼的信息! 於是我便帶著這樣的信心來到這240個學生面前.

    正如我所禱告的, 240個學生完全沒有把我這一個小小的講員放在眼內, 整個講道的過程每個學生都表現得非常抗奮! 老實說, 我真的不知道整堂道他們聽進了多少, 可是我深信神的大軍於我同在, 我便大膽的作出呼召. 當我打開雙眼, 看到的是全場八、九成的學生都急不及待要把手舉起來接受耶穌進到他們的生命裡... 然後我開始帶領他們作出接受救恩的決志禱告, 聽到二百多人禱告的聲音在整個會場迴盪著... 我知道, 雖然我的肉眼不能看見, 但神大能的軍隊卻當真在我們中間!

    當天另一個感人的場面就是講道之先當領唱"How Great Is Our God"時聽到二百多個還沒有接受耶穌的學生大聲唱和著:

    How great is our God!
    Sing with me how great is our God!
    And all will see how great,
    How great is our God!
